Price Quality Service |
The concept of having our own Home Plans is to pass on efficiency and savings to you. We have built the homes many times before and therefore we have no bugs to work out. We have only built upon them from the past and continue to utilize the most up to date building materials and techniques. We allow you any changes or modification to our pre-designed Home Plans and we don't charge for any interior modifications. If you prefer to make the house larger by width or length, we only charge you for materials and labor. If you already have plans drawn, we are more than happy to provide you with a competitive estimate. Or, if you would like us to design your new home from your conception, we can do that as well.
