Joe,
grandson to Hicks Homes founder, Harold E. Hicks, has been involved with
the building process his entire adult life. After obtaining his college
degree from Syracuse University, he further extended his expertise by
attending numerous construction seminars within the continental U.S. regarding
construction management and current building techniques. He is an active
member of the Associated Builders and Contractors Association, Building
Industry Association, and National Association of Home Builders.
Quality
and assurance are genuine concerns for Joe and the Hicks name.
